Strong By Design is built to complement your sport—whether it’s a field sport, endurance sport, combat sport, or simply the sport of life. Enhance durability, move with intent, and unlock your full potential—both inside and outside the gym. This program is open to all levels, but a solid training foundation is recommended to maximize results.Â
StrongHer is our women only strength training class designed for women looking to redefine their limits in training and to feel empowered and supported by a strong community of other women. You can expect to build strength, endurance, confidence and friendships. No experience is necessary - just a willingness to learn and work hard.

Remote Team Training
Our Team Training program has been developed and tested at the highest level, offering a tailored approach for those looking to maximize their training at an affordable price. Whether you’re aiming to dominate the platform, shave time off your marathon, or simply get stronger for life, there’s a program for you. Available options include a 4x per week GPP lower and upper body split, a 4x per week 9-week peaking phase, a 3x per week full-body split, and a 3x per week lower, upper, and full-body training split — providing flexibility and variety to match your needs.

One on One Remote Training
With 1-on-1 remote coaching, your training is fully personalized to match your unique goals. Whether you’re aiming to dominate the platform, shave time off your marathon, or simply get stronger for life, our coaches will create a tailored plan and guide you every step of the way. Your program will include an initial pre-coaching consultation and goal setting, daily workout programming through TrueCoach, and custom training videos with detailed instructions for every exercise. You’ll have access to in-app direct messaging, comments, video uploads, and technical feedback as needed, along with weekly coach support through direct messages and feedback forms. Plus, you’ll receive quarterly coaching calls and progress reviews to keep you on track — all for $299/month.
