StrongHer is our women only strength training class designed for women looking to redefine their limits in training and to feel empowered and supported by a strong community of other women. You can expect to build strength, endurance, confidence and friendships. No experience is necessary – just a willingness to learn and work hard.

Not at all! Our program is built for all fitness levels-whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, we meet you where you are.

Warhorse specializes in custom team training. We prioritize each individual’s goals and training background in a small group atmosphere. We also offer a women’s only strength training class, as well as personal 1-on-1 training for those of you that want to individual attention from an expert coach. During your first session you can expect to train alongside other WHBC members while the coach provides you with expert guidance to ensure you’re never left to your own devices and getting the most out of your training.
